The Fence Group will be providing tote bags for guests to collect brochures and any branded goodies you hand out.
Updated shipping information for exhibit materials is as follows:
All packages should be sent to arrive no more than three (3) days prior to function dates. Return shipments require completed shipping labels including shipping account numbers. Please ensure there is a return address on all items shipped.

**Please be advised that the following rates will apply for all materials shipped to and from the Hotel, plus shipping fees:
The Inn on Biltmore Estate will receive and/or ship 5 complimentary packages. Each additional package will incur a charge of $5.00 per box flat rate regardless of weight.
At this time, we do not have enough interest to reserve a private group tour of Biltmore House or Family Scavenger Hunt. Their minimum head count was pretty high. If you would like to schedule your own tour of Biltmore House please visit https://www.biltmore.com/things-to-do/activities/tours/ and make your reservation as soon as possible. Their tours fill up quickly. The audio guided tours are highly suggested! Also, If you haven’t already made reservations at the estate restaurants, please do so here.
