As a non-profit organization we strive to utilize all member dues in the most efficient and frugal manner possible. All dues go directly to administration of the organization and the two member events we host each year. As the pandemic has put a strain on supplies nationwide, conference and catering costs have increased as well.
We take pride in making our summer conference a fun, family-oriented event and encourage each member company to bring not only key employees and owners but their spouses, children, and other family members. With that said, and in order to continue to provide you with the exceptional mixers and conferences we expect of this elite group, we find it necessary to initiate the following policy.
All contractor and supplier companies are invited to bring up to four adults and two children at no cost. For any additional guests we would ask for a donation of $150.00 per adult and $50.00 per child. Again, this is not to discourage participation of family, just simply to help cover the ever-rising cost. Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
